I stopped in at your Shorewood location about a month or so ago for some new running shoes. The woman who helped me was *phenomenal.* The shoes are *phenomenal.* My run time has improved, and I'm feeling very confident about being able to meet my running/race/fitness goals. You've got a customer for life, and I plan on telling my friends. Well, I plan on telling the friends I haven't already told.

I just wanted to write and tell you I was very impressed
with the staff working in your Brookfield store this afternoon.
There was a young man assisting a customer and I overheard his comments and he was obviously VERY knowledgable about the products. A young lady then assisted me with my search for a stability or control shoe and again I was EXTREMELY impressed.
I noticed that there was another young lady at the checkout counter. It is so rare to get good customer service these days and often when younger sales associates are employed I find either a lack of knowldege, caring or they arae too involved in their own conversations to properly address the customer's needs.

While not a member of your PRO racing team I am a customer and was able to run Lakefront thanks to you. The first week of September I came to your store (Brookfield)because I kept getting injured and couldn't run, much less train for Lakefront. My most recent run had been only two miles and I had to quit because of glute pain. I needed to change something and decided to try a different stride and shoe to enable me to run pain free.

Up until a couple of days before Lakefront I wasn't sure that I was even going to attempt it. But I did and I started slow. Not having a solid base of long training runs took its toll but I was steady throughout. Not only was I able to finish but I beat last year's time and set a PR.

I was in your store today with my little 18 month old girl. I had heard of your store through friends, and I am so glad I decided to come to you to be fitted for my running shoes. I'm new to running, and I was very worried about finding the right shoe that would give me the proper support for my knees. I was helped by a very knowledgeable young man, as well as Trae today, and I felt very confident in my choice by the time I left. Thank you for providing such wonderful service and even entertaining my busy baby girl while I was being fitted! I will definitely be telling others about your service.

I love your store. Back in March a very knowledgeable sales girl helped me pick out a pair of running shoes for my first half marathon. She watched how I walked, recorded me running on a treadmill and after trying on 3 or 4 different pairs of shoes she helped me select a pair of Asics. I just started running this year and have always just went to my local sports store to get shoes but after visiting your store and finding how great my Asics feel
I am a firm believer that shoes are not universal for all feet. Thank you so much for your help... Without having these shoes I don’t know if I would have been able to finish my marathon.

I went in to get fully fitted for shoes. I had never sought professional advice about running shoes, boy was that a mistake. Trae assessed my foot, gait, balance, etc. He fitted me into several shoes and put me on the treadmill to record my foot strike. We eventually found a great fit and I learned several things that I hadn't understood prior to this which was very helpful. The experience was so pleasurable that my girlfriend jumped in next for a fitting. She's been running seriously far longer than me and she thought she had her shoes figured out. Trae went through the same process and found a great fit for her as well. She was highly anti-Nike and walked out with a new pair of Nike's. Just goes to show that an open mind and a professional fit can change it all. Anyway, we put on 8 miles yesterday and another 7 today and we are both thrilled with the fit and feel of the new shoes. I don’t know if you remember me, but I bought the Asics Speedstar 3’s from you back in August, after the Hank Aaron run 5k. The results I got from these amazing shoes are posted below. A friend recommended your store to me, and I’m glad I came in to check things out! I had a great fitting, and was pleasantly surprised by the female friendly atmosphere. When you’re as big of a guy as I am, you need to have the right shoes to log some serious miles in. The staff at Performance Running Outfitters spent a good deal of time with me, allowing me to try several different shoes on their treadmill, insuring that I left their store with the right shoes for my feet and running/step motion. It has made a world of differnce in my comfort level on long runs. Thanks guys - I’ll definitely be back!
