Do you want to complete a 5K and don’t know where to begin?





Then this is the class for you!
Performance Running Outfitters has the program for you! Our 5k training program is geared toward the new runner, former runner, non-runner, or walker who has always wanted to finish a 5k race and needs some weekly motivation. This is a progressive course which will focus on completing a longer distance each week. Performance Running Outfitters will provide a training program, weekly emails with motivation and necessary information for runners. Completing a 5k will be just the beginning of an improved lifestyle.
It is recommended that you can walk for 30 minutes before beginning this program and have an “ok” from a medical professional with a clean bill of health. During the program the group will meet on Mondays each week for 10 weeks. Runners looking for additional group support are encouraged to attend our Thursday fun runs.
Brookfield Program:
Informational Meeting - Brookfield on Mon. February 13th at 6pm.
Program Begins - Brookfield on Mon. February 27th at 6pm.
(Deadline to Register Brookfield Program - February 24th)
Shorewood Program:
Informational Meeting - Shorewood on Mon. February 27th at 6pm.
Program Begins - Shorewood on Mon. March 12th at 6pm.
(Deadline to Register Shorewood Program - March 9th)
Program Participants will receive:
• Coached weekly group run
• Detailed 10 week training program
• Tech Tee
• Water bottle
• Weekly emails with advice from coach
• Personal shopping night
• Video gait analysis with footwear recommendation
• Seminars on injury prevention, nutrition & hydration, etc.
Program fee is $65 and does not include race registration fee.

Get Fit Quarter Marathon Training Program
Goal Race: Summerfest Rock 'n Sole Quarter Marathon
Our Quarter Marathon training program is geared toward the moderately fit runner, former runner, or beginning runner who has already finished a 5k and wants more of a challenge with our weekly motivation. This is a progressive course which will focus on completing a longer distance each week. Performance Running Outfitters will provide a training program, weekly emails with motivation and necessary information for runners. The program will finish by running the Summerfest Rock ‘n Sole Quarter Marathon on June 23rd in Milwaukee. Completing a Quarter Marathon will be a rewarding start to your future racing!
It is recommended that you can run a 5k before beginning this program and have an “ok” from a medical professional with a clean bill of health. During the program the group will meet on Tuesdays each week for 8 weeks. Runners looking for additional group support are encouraged to attend our Thursday fun runs.

Half Marathon Training Program
Goal Race: Summerfest Rock 'n Sole Half Marathon
Are you looking to go to the next level with your running? Have you thought about completing a half marathon, but not sure where to start? Performance Running Outfitters can help you achieve your goals!
Our Half Marathon training program is geared toward the moderately fit runner who has already finished a 5k or 10k and wants more of a challenge with our weekly motivation. This is a progressive course which will focus on completing a longer distance each week. Performance Running Outfitters will provide a training program, weekly emails with motivation and necessary information for runners. The program will finish by running the Summerfest Rock ‘n Sole Half Marathon on June 23rd in Milwaukee. Completing a Half Marathon will be a rewarding start to your future racing!
It is recommended that you can run a 4 miles before beginning this program and have an
“ok” from a medical professional with a clean bill of health. During the program the group will meet on Saturdays each week for 12 weeks. Runners looking for additional group support are encouraged to attend our Thursday fun runs.
