We are currently hiring for a part-time weekend position in Brookfield.
At Performance Running Outfitters we look for enthusiastic runners and triathletes that enjoy motivating and helping others. The ideal candidates are people that have a passion for staying active, retail experience and a positive and outgoing personality.
Sales Associate - weekend retail sales opening
The sales associate is responsible for providing the highest level of customer service and assisting customers with their experience at PRO by providing expert knowledge and advice. It is expected that this associate will perform other duties as requested by store management and continues to develop and maintain superior product knowledge so as to convey product benefits to customers. Weekend availability is required. High school diploma a plus otherwise extensive retail and biomechanic knowledge. Must have a energetic and outgoing personality.
Assistant Manager - no openings available at this time.
Full Time
The assistant manager is responsible for most aspects of running the store which includes mentoring and leading sales associates. The ideal candidate lives an active lifestyle and has the ability to lead group training runs. The assistant manager is responsible for growing sales through building relationships, community outreach, event planning and exceeding customers' expectations.
All positions require previous retail experience, a high school diploma, computer skills, and leadership skills.
